The Barr Enterprise Print Server maintains these fields for retained documents. You can display these fields on the Retain Window, but they are not part of the header. You can control display of these fields by selecting View | Format Columns on the Retain Window menu bar.

Document name. This is a required field that displays as the second column of the Retain Window. You cannot remove this column from the Retain Window or change the column location. |

Document state. This is a required field that displays as the third column of the Retain Window. You cannot remove this column from the Retain Window or change the column location. |

BARR_SIZE |
Document size, in bytes. |

BARR_DATE |
Document date and time. |

BARR_DISPOSITION |
Document status after printing. Choices are retain (to copy to the retain folder) or delete (to delete permanently from the disk). You can set the value for this field from the Retain Window Document menu. |

Page number for Reprint starting point. |

Page number for Reprint stopping point. |
