or store and forward these sections.Record Characteristic Change Section (RCCS) has an identifier field of X’00’ and a modifier field of X’40’. Only used on SYSIN data. Not required if all SYSIN data is RECFM F and LRECL 80. When present, it is sent as the only section in the data set header without the “basic” general section and with a modifier of X’00’.
