On the menu bar select File | Exit.
Click the Close

To open or close the BARR/CHANNEL Offload utility, use one of the following methods.
From the taskbar, click Start | Programs | Barr Channel Offload | Channel Offload.
On the menu bar select File | Exit.
Click the Close
button ( ) on the title bar.
