Opening and closing the Spool Window

To open and close the utility, use one of the following methods.

To open the utility

• Click the BARR SPOOL icon copied to your desktop during installation.

Each time you open the Spool Window the SpoolCore service starts, if it is not already started.

To close the utility

• On the menu bar, select Spool | Exit.

• Click the Close button ( ) on the title bar.

If you have changed your Spool Window settings, you are prompted to choose whether or not to save your changes.

Closing the utility does not stop spool operation. To stop spool operation, you must stop the SpoolCore service.
