EOM Console
Barr EOM includes printer families. Printer family profiles are used to group printers of the same type. These profiles can be selected in Barr EOM to have an action only occur for the printers in that specific printer family. This allows Barr EOM to use printer specific commands that are associated with our common commands. Use this dialog box to manage printer family profiles.
Click an option you want to learn more about.
Lists all of the defined printer family profiles. The Default profile can be edited and copied, but cannot be deleted.
New button - Creates a new printer family profile. Displays the Printer Family Profile dialog box.
Edit button - Opens the selected printer family profile for modification. Displays the Printer Family Profile dialog box.
Delete button - Deletes the selected printer family profile.
Rename button - Allows for renaming the selected printer family profile. You will type the new name directly in the grid.
Copy button - Creates a copy of the selected profile. The new profile will be named "Copy of X".
Import button - Allows for importing printer family profiles.
Export button - Allows for exporting printer family profiles.
