On the Spool Window menu bar, select Tools | Assigned User Rights to view the access rights of the user who is currently logged on to the computer. The rights listed in the window authorize a user to perform a set of actions to specified areas of the Barr Enterprise Print Server. Without the appropriate rights, attempts to carry out those actions are blocked. A person who logs on as an administrator to the computer where the BARR SpoolCore service is installed has full user rights and full user assignment rights.
