Preventing files from moving to the Retain Window

You can prevent files from moving to the Retain Window after printing or deletion by completing one of the following tasks.

• Set the document disposition to Delete After printing.

• Disable the retain feature.

Turning off the calendar

1. Open the Configuration Utility.

2. Select the Spool and Retain tab.

   

3. Under Retain view, select the View all or View _ for days setting.
