Jobs are not retained

Solution 1

Cause: The retain feature has not been turned on.

Solution: Enable the retain feature.

Solution 2

Cause: Problems can occur if there is a difference between the date the file was created and the date the file was printed (retained).

Solution: On the Configuration Utility's Spool and Retain tab, select Use current date and time.
