Manage Document Properties Profiles dialog box

This dialog box is used to manage document properties profiles. Document properties profiles is a complex feature that allows the mapping of header data to EOM document properties. Only advanced users and professional service engineers should configure this. You can access this dialog box when you configure a source to use advanced document properties.

Profile grid

Lists all of the defined document properties profiles. The Default profile can be edited and copied, but cannot be deleted.

Buttons

New button - Creates a new document properties profile. Displays the Document Properties Profile dialog box.

Edit button - Opens the selected document properties profile for modification. Displays the Document Properties Profile dialog box.

Delete button - Deletes the selected document properties profile.

Rename button - Allows for renaming the selected document properties profile. You will type the new name directly in the grid.

Copy button - Creates a copy of the selected profile. The new profile will be named "Copy of X".

Import button - Allows for importing document properties profiles.

Export button - Allows for exporting document properties profiles.
