After you define a Windows printer, you can change the printer’s port settings at any time.
Open the Printers folder.
Right-click the printer, and select Properties.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Ports tab.
Verify that the correct port is selected, and then click Configure Port.
Configure the settings that correspond to the selected port.
Barr File port - File Options tab and File Format tab
Barr IP port - IP Configuration tab and File Format tab
Barr LPR port - Job tab, Content tab, and Advanced tab
Barr PRINT390 port - Port Configuration dialog box
Barr RJE port - Select Connection dialog box
Barr Spool port - Configure Headers dialog box
When you finish configuring the port settings, click OK on the printer Properties dialog box to return to the Windows Printers folder.
When you finish working with printers, click the Close button on the window title bar to exit the Printers window.
