Opening and closing the utility

Diagnostics Utility

To open and close the utility, use one of the following methods.

To open the utility

On the Spool Window menu bar, select Tools | Diagnostics.

To close the utility

• Click Close.

• Click the Close button ( ) on the title bar.

• Capture diagnostics

• Manually send the diagnostic file

• Learn about the window
