Barr EOM provides support for user quotas. User and group quota profiles set restrictions based on the type of document, for example, precluding color printing and documents that exceed a certain number of pages. Use this dialog box to manage the quota profiles of users and groups.

Lists all of the defined user quota profiles. The Default profile can be edited and copied, but cannot be deleted.
New button - Creates a new user quota profile. Clicking this button displays the User Quota Profile dialog box.
Edit button - Opens the selected user quota profile for modification. Clicking this button displays the User Quota Profile dialog box.
Delete button - Deletes the selected user quota profile.
Rename button - Allows for renaming the selected user quota profile. You type the new name directly in the grid.
Copy button - Creates a copy of the selected profile. The new profile will be named "Copy of X".
Import button - Imports user quota profiles.
Export button - Exports user quota profiles.
