BARR/Web Interface allows users of the Barr Enterprise Print Server to access the server’s UI remotely, enabling them to monitor printers in their print center from the comfort of their office. In addition, users can view text in the print files, pause, cancel and redirect print jobs to different printers, and reprioritize jobs in the queue based on routing criteria.
The Web Interface is completely customizable, allowing you to view only the specific column headers and printers that you require. You also have the added security feature of maintaining control over which printers a particular user is able to view from their workstation. In addition, the UI for the Web Interface is virtually identical in look and feel to the existing Barr Enterprise Print Server Spool Window, which means you don’t need to train any of your current users on how to operate it.
